The success mole method improves the problems of the resource environment and work environment while taking advantage of the conventional High-density slurry type / Mud pressure balanced type pipe jacking method (long distance, gravel handling, sharp curve, space-saving yard, etc.). This is a new construction method that pursues reduction of total cost.

Characteristics of Success mole method

Characteristic 1 Improved resource environment : In the conventional high-density slurry type / earth pressure balanced type pipe jacking method, all the excavated mud was disposed to the outside of site. However, from the viewpoint of environmental measures, we have completed a continuous earth and sand classification device (Master R) with a shower function as a method to reduce the absolute amount discharged to the outside as much as possible.
Characteristic 2By supporting various type of cutter face, it can also handle boulders, bounding stone, rocks, etc.
Characteristic 3It has a high torque and has a structure that enables continuous soil discharge by performing primary crushing on the cutter face and secondary crushing with a cone crusher.
Characteristic 4The direction correction uses a two-step bendable type, which can be used for sharp curve construction.
Characteristic 5For accuracy control during long-distance / curve construction, the attitude can be controlled by electromagnetic wave exploration measured on the ground level and the gyro compass and water pressure level meter installed in the TBM.
